90 days, cat-approved or your money back

Try Moonbox at home for 90 days from delivery. If your cat doesn't take to it, email us within those 90 days and we'll refund you in full to your original payment method. You keep the box - no need to send it back.

Lifetime warranty

For as long as you own your Moonbox, we replace any part with a manufacturing defect. If your Moonbox arrives damaged, we'll provide the replacement, parts, or support you need.
