Where we ship

We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. Checkout only offers the countries we ship to.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Delivery time

Moonbox is on pre-order. Your order ships within 25 days of the order date, and most orders arrive about 7 days after it ships.

Tracking and carriers

Every order ships with tracking. In the United States it travels with USPS, UPS or FedEx. We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

If there is a delay

If we can't ship your order in the time shown, we email you before that date with the new date and the choice to cancel for a full refund.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking shows your order was lost, or it arrives damaged, email us and we send it again or refund you in full. See our Returns and Warranty policy.
